 have just got the new pebble and appreciate you sending it, but I'm utterly dissatisfied with the quality. 
 
I'm having the same issue, except the band pops off with the slightest of pressure. I haven't don't anything as I've only just got it

Sorry to hear about your Inspire band coming off. Please check the guide on how to properly secure the band to see if you aren't missing any steps from it.
