Inspire band won't stay connected

My band for my inspire Fitbit watch won’t stay connected. It keeps falling off my wrist because the pin won’t hold. I would like to get a replacement band or pin. I have not had the watch for that long and have read that other people are having the same issue. Please advise on how I can get a new band sent.

Hi, @Gail1152 the Community can’t really help with issues such as you are having except to suggest that you get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support who can look into your issue.  You can get in touch with them on Contact.Fitbit.com .  Telephone waits can be long, so chat may be quicker.  The link I have shared above will show you a chat option whenever there is a help representative available.
