Inspire band won't stay on

Part of the plastic has come off my Fitbit so the band won’t stay on, what can I do the watch is under a year old can it get repaired or replaced?

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.

Y are fitbits plastic so bad

@Corey5362 I've had silicon bands from Fitbit for close to eight years and had no problems with the band. If you're under warranty, you'll want to take a picture and get with support. Contact information is above.

@Corey5362 get with customer support. This is the community forum and we're just people who use Fitbit products. You need to get with support at one of the ways I posted above. You might want to take a picture to show them, too.
