I have got a fitbit inspire, now I consider myself quite knowledgeable with modern technology but this thing has got me beaten, managed to get it setup i think but the dam thing will not hold any charge for longer than 24 hours sometimes alot less, also I have noticed the main screen keeps on scrolling through different screens and can also be quite irratic flicking back and forwards quickly, but the battery thing is a big deal, so far not impressed with it

Hi @Scott0873, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. Let me share with you that the battery of our Inspire was designed to last 5 days, but this also depends on how frequently you use all the features of your device. That said, I recommend you charging your Fitbit device with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall and then turn off all the features that you don’t use that much.
After following the above information, please check this help article for more tips and recommendations. This article includes as restart process that will refresh the device's performance and should fix the display issue as well.
Let me know if further assistance is needed and if you have any additional questions.

Hi,
Stupid question but how do you disable features that I don't want to use?
