Ice only had my inspire since Oct 12. It will not charge. I have watched help videos, tried suggestions. Tried several USB and ports. Right now it's just a black bracelet. Please help

I had problems with my Fitbit not charging after installing updates. If you recently updated the device, that may be the problem. Luckily with an October purchase you’re still under warranty. Get it fixed before you’re out of warranty because Fitbit will not help you once you’re outside of that window.

I’m also experiencing the same issue with a Fitbit owned for 2 weeks and failing to charge. Very disheartening since I’d tracked consistently the entire time owned and was on a roll. I hope this isn’t a indicative of product quality.
