Black screen after charging . Tried reset while on charger. No smiley face , no anything . Vibrates. 
Have had less than a year . 
Very upset

Have had my inspire for less than a month. Screen will not turn on but vibrates when I hold down power button. Will not reset.

  • I need help please. Brand new Fitbit Inspire HR Charged to 74%. My screen is completely black. Nothing is happening. It vibrates and the green light is blinking. I am very upset. Please help.

Ultimately the only thing suggested that’s working for me is the Fitbit customer service team. They are sending me a replacement.

my screen is black. NOTHING happens when I reset no icon no nothing just black. It seems to track on app but it didn’t pay good money to look at my phone which isn’t always convenient. What is wrong and how can I fix it? I’m no techie so in simple English please. I’m definitely not a hoarder so no I don’t have the box etc. I’m not too happy, I got better service from a $3 wish product.

Mine Has done nothing there’s no lights on that it’s charging no icon comes on when I try to turn it off nothing black screen that’s all I have is a black screen and I haven’t even had this but a couple months I’m very upset and someone needs to answer me ASAP

Need the help article don’t know where it is and no one’s telling me where to find it. I’m a bit upset that I spent the amount of money I did in a three dollar watch from Wish never broke down.

Go to the app and change your clock face. You can always set it back to the one you wanted but for some reason this seems to get the face of the watch to display again.

I contacted customer service and they said they would send me a link to return it. I haven’t received that yet. PLEASE SEND I’ve only had my device for a short time.

How do I possibly get help for this? I tried the hard reset and everything. I haven't even has it a year yet.

Same issue here had mine for less than 2 weeks and blank screen tried the hard reset, clock face change nothing. Still charges and connects to Bluetooth and my app but black screen

I called Customer Service and since I was still under warranty they sent me a new one, less the band of course.

Black screen. It is charging properly, just nothing showing on the screen. Don't know how to reset or what else to do.
