Black screen after charging . Tried reset while on charger. No smiley face , no anything . Vibrates. 
Have had less than a year . 
Very upset

Could you please review my case as well? I have a black screen for several days now, tried all suggested actions (restart, hard restart, change of clock faces) - nothing worked.

 

Please advice me on further actions.

I just bought the charge 4 and I have had a black screen ever since I got it. Tried changing the charger and everything and there is no change.

Still waiting to hear back from Fitbit. The company does not have a
relationship with retailers so I can't return it to the store.
Fitbit has to decide if they will take care of this.

I have the same problem.  Tried hard reset, shows smiley face while connected but nothing when disconnect.  App shows 86% charge.  What more can I do?  BTW, it's still syncing without an issue but I use the watch & HR and cannot

You will have to wait for Fitbit to like your post and help you.
I'm still waiting on my replacement. It takes forever for them to act.

Hello Andrea, I am having the same issue. My fitbit was fully charged and when I woke up yesterday it was just a black screen. I tried resetting it several times since yesterday morning. Still no luck. I can't get the smiley face or feel any vibration, I've had this for under a year can you please advise of any other options I have? I am thank you so much!

Did you go to the app dashboard on your phone or pc select change clock face select  any one and apply it might take a while.  Then check the watch. If it works you can then switch it back to your political choice Good luck

Hi JanWool, yes I did try this as a saw it did work for some other people. It took a few minutes on the app but said it couldn't connect to my fitbit... Do you know of any other solutions or if I missed something. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Did you try this from a laptop or pc? Also put fitbit on charge even though you can't see anything

Hi JanWool, I tried to change the clock on both my phone app laptop and not happened. My fitbit has been charging for 2 days now and still nothing.

 thats the error MSG I get on my phone when trying to load the new clock screen. I'm not sure what I need to do next??

  1. Ok i would now contact fitbit customer service. I think you can call or email.   Make sure you have a list of e everything  you have tried.  The first thing they will ask is if you have uninstalled app and switched  Bluetooth off and on. Which in my caseade no difference.   Good luck they should replace your fitbit.

Hi, I'm facing the same issues with my charge 3 having a black screen. It started with jus the middle of the screen going black but now it is completely black.

 

The watch is working fine (still syncing with my phone), is charging fine and is up to date. 

 

Have tried to reset it by pressing the left button but don't see a smiley, and have tried to change clock faces also but still can't see anything.

Good afternoon Andrea I am having the same problem identified above. 

After charging  my Fit-bit Inspire the Fit-bit is no longer syncing with the dashboard.  

The dashboard is accurate simply stat not reflected on the device.
