Inspire broke at band connector

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Inspire is about 1.5 years old, and now it’s not useable.

What happened is where the band attached to the fitbit, on the fitbit side, the connector that allows the band to attach securely is broken, not allowing a band to stay securely on. This was not caused by any excessive treatment on my part, or any cleaning solution..etc deteriorating the plastic, but rather it seems the plastics simply gave out. Now it is essentially useless, and this is very frustrating as it is sitting on the shelf.

Who can I reach out to at FitBit to get a resolution on this?

Hi @larsen4tampa  if you're in warranty, get with support. If you are out of warranty, consider getting a clip so you can still count those steps. The Inspire can be worn with the optional clip, so it can still be used.

here are the support contacts I've gleaned over the years on the forums.

when there is someone available, chat is an option. Phone or X/Twitter works well, too.
