Inspire broke where band connects

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I’ve had my Inspire for less than a year, and yesterday it fell off my wrist because plastic that holds the strap broke. The strap itself did not break. But the part on the actual watch portion (where the strap connects to the watch face) broke.

Due to circumstances of the world I can’t get through to customer service via phone or chat. Any ideas? Thanks!

This happened to me as well.  I woke up this morning and my band had disconnected from the Fitbit.  Under close scrutiny, I discovered the casing has cracked at the point where the band inserts and locks into place.

What are my options???

That’s exactly what happened to mine!

Learned today that Best Buy had the same model Fitbit on sale for $60.  I guess it is now considered "old technology" but suits my need just fine.

Best Buy couldn't offer me any options other than to reach out to Fitbit.  Since I was not successful in contacting them (on on-line hold for 45+ minutes), I decided to purchase discounted new device

Going to try and Gorilla glue the small broken piece on the casing and retain the old as a backup.

Happened to me too and I am having the same problem. The small plastic which connects the band broke and strap cannot be secured to watch.
