Inspire broken at point band attaches; band won't attach. In another forum I saw that others had the same problem. It's not the band, it's that the band won't stay attached because a tiny piece of plastic broke off the Inspire.

Me too! Mine just broke yesterday. Now the band won't stay on at all.

My Inspire just broke in this exact way. A tiny piece of plastic broke and now my band won't attach. Was anyone given any suggestions on what to do? Did Fitbit give any insight?

It is annoying they use cheap materials…I eventually bought Apple Watch and solved the problem.
Anyways, if you are not too picky with the look of your Fitbit on your wrist, getting a convertible case/belt is an option. I bought some from Amazon (canada) and used them for a few weeks before I got Apple Watch. These cases perfectly worked for inspire HR. I had no problem with charging. Several designs from different companies are available Amazon. Good luck!

I have exactly the same problem. I feel so bad that so many people experience the same issues and Fitbit can't help. The quality of Fitbit is questionable. It's the plastic part, but the band.

I upvoted this. Can you please share where you might be able to find a band that clips into the Inspire 2? For clarity, this means that the pinhole where the regular band attaches is not needed?

I couldn't paste the link in the previous thread.
Try this one below or search “kakorookie 2 pack” in Amazon. The pinhole is not necessary. I think their video shows how to set the Fitbit into the band.

Those bands don't work for a lot of people as they have metal parts that touch the skin. I have a severe nickel allergy and I could never wear that band.

They are plastic.

My Inspire has also broken where the band attaches, unfortunately it is out of warranty. Did anyone find a resolution with Fitbit for this please?

Just curious what the solution was for this? I am now having the same issue and not sure how to fix it.
Can you send me the information for how to fix this problem. My band is doing the same thing as mentioned previously.

As you can see, the pin broke off the one side to attach the band. I found this band on Amazon. It encases the Fitbit, Charge 4. You do have to take it out of the band to charge it which is very easy to do. I did get a new Fitbit for a gift before I found this band. I probably would have bought a different watch as I can't believe this issue hasn't been resolved yet.
