Hello Fitbit
I think my fitbit Inspire doesn't count my calories properly.
Some of the days app show me that I have around 13000steps, 89 active minutes and my calories burn only show around 1900 calories in whole day.
My target is 1991 calories,
10000 steps
30min active
Almost every day I do more then my target and I am almost every day short of 100+ calories burn how is this possible?
Kind Regards
Alena

A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community @AlenaZ. I can see that you're getting a lot of steps during the week.
Thanks for reporting this issues with your Inspire. I'll be glad to give you a hand with the amount of calories that your Fitbit is counting.
The calorie burn estimate that Fitbit provides takes into account your BMR, the activity recorded by your tracker, and any activities you log manually. If you're doing activities in the same way, basically same intensity and duration, your Active Minutes shouldn't vary a lot. Check this information in regards of Active Minutes are gain and restart your Fitbit Inspire HR, just in case that it is a hardware issue.
Also I would recommend checking the information for previous activities during different days, to see exactly what are the activities that are giving you Active Minutes. You can go to the Fibit.com Dashboard on the computer or on the browser in your phone, click on Log > Activities > Choose the date and choose to see calories.
You can read more about how Fitbit calculates calories burned here: How does Fitbit estimate how many calories I've burned?
Your Active Minutes will be shown with the calories in high intensity level as green lines, as you can see in the picture. Moderate intensity level are shown in yellow lines.
I'll be waiting for your findings!

Hi, just switched from a Blaze to an Inspire. I do the exact same walk every day and the Inspire shows me burning 1-200 fewer calories than the Blaze. I have reset and done troubleshooting steps. Is anyone else having the same issue?

Hi @adhoc welcome to the Community Forums. I'm glad to see you here.
Thank you for posting your question about the accuracy of your Fitbit Inspire. I'd like to know if you've recently changed information from the "Settings" on your Fitbit Account . Have you noticed if the amount of steps is lower too? Thank you for following the steps suggested above.
I'll be waiting for your response.

@adhoc thanks for getting back to me. I really appreciate that you confirmed that the amount of steps remain the same.
Did you check your personal information on the "Settings" on your Fitbit Account? If your weight changes your calories burned should change too. You can check what activities used to help you to burn more calories in the past and compare them with the ones you perform this week. Since when did you notice this change on your calories burned?
Take a look please and keep me posted. I'll be glad to keep assisting you with this.
