I just got my new inspire hr today and while going through set up process when I got to the portion where it said it needed an update I am now stuck. It either wants me to plug up my Fitbit while it's on the charger or flat out refuses to connect. all my Fitbit shows is the bar like it's updating but it's not and I can't do a soft reset. someone please help
