My Inspire display is barely visible. It's was fine this morning. I've done a reset - no improvement. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Thank you for responding. I received the email from support. I had already performed the step they suggested prior to posting here, ie: clock face change + the reset I mentioned. It didn't correct the problem unfortunately. In addition, the screen display has now dimmed even more, so it's just about impossible to read, even in complete darkness. However, the Fitbit is still functioning - syncing to my phone.

OK - I haven't heard from anyone who can answer my question in this forum. I'm hoping someone can direct me to the proper channel so I can get an answer and/or repair/replace my Inspire. It's less than 6 months old and the display has failed. The suggestions I did receive, on changing the clock, etc, have no effect.
I this the only avenue available to reach FiBit support?

Hello @MiCasa, sorry for the late response.
Since the restart process wasn't successful, I do recommend that you continue the communication with the Customer Support team, please respond to the last e-mail they sent you and let them know that you already tried changing the clock face option and any other steps that you've performed, so they can let you know how to proceed with this.
In case you didn't receive their e-mail, make sure to check on your spam folder as well. They can also be contacted through this page.
