Inspire display not showing

If I press the button, it vibrates like its on, but the display is black. No time display,  no nothing. It's  attatched to the charger cable so it's not out of juice.

This same thing happened to me. I contacted fitbit support; they had me put my Aspire on the charger and hold down the button for about 15 seconds. I had to do this twice and it worked. It's like it gave it a jump start. Hope this helps you too.

This happened with my fitbit inspire. I read your comment so I followed it. I charged it then pressed down the button for 15 secs. Just when a smiley came on the screen then I let go off the button. It worked! Thank you very much!

Same issue with mine today. It's the first problem since purchasing the Fitbit in January, but the 15 second reset seems to have worked.

I received my new Inspire HR.  I charged it.  I plugged the charging cable into my computer.  I held the button for 15 sec and got a smiley face.  I let go.  My phone found the fitbit and the tracker displayed a 4 digit code.  I entered the code on my phone.  I got a checkmark on my tracker.  Then tracker went blank with only a faint horizontal line across the screen.  Nothing else displays, I cannot scroll in any direction.  My app says the tracker synced 1 min ago, shows it is fully charged.  Just that horizontal line on the tracker screen.

I contacted Fitbit and they determined it wasn't working so they sent me a new tracker.  Same exact thing happens.  I contacted Fitbit and they say that it is an unexpected error.  I have to send the tracker back and they will send out a new one.  0/2 seems like a very high fail rate.  

We tried deleting and setting up new tracker several times on each tracker.

Anyone else have this type of error?

Hi my inspire Fitbit display is not working. The Fitbit is working otherwise. I tried to plug it into the charger and press and hold the button for 15 seconds as recommended ( more than once!) and this did nothing:(. Any advice?

I,m very surprised that doesn't work for you, as it has for me many times. There must be another issue with yours.

Do you have a phone number for Fitbit support? My inspire face is blank and still not working after rebooting several times whilst in charge. Thanks

that doesn't inspire me with confidence. I just ordered a pair for myself and my daughter. the one I just tried to set up done the same as yours 😞
