If I press the button, it vibrates like its on, but the display is black. No time display, no nothing. It's attatched to the charger cable so it's not out of juice.

I want to turn on my device and begin using it I just bought an inspire HR its fully charged screen stays blank if I push button on the side of the watch a graphic of circles appears and a web address to set up nothing else goes forward from there

Just got my second inspire hr in the mail and I had the same problem again. Horizontal line and nothing else displayed on the screen. Tried the 15 second button hold and still not working.

I would like to confirm if you've restarted your device by following the steps in How do I restart my Fitbit device? I hit the face of mine several time till the water lock appeared, and then turn that off; back to normal now.

Sadly this has not worked for me, my Fitbit remains dead!! This is my second fitbit and it’s only lasted 8 months.
