Hi all
This week i got a new samsung phone.  I add the fitbit app and have set all the notifications and permissions. But when someone sends me an whatsapp, it does not vibrate. Same when a agenda-item is popping up or someone calls me. When i had my old phone, thats was not a problem.
Does anyone has tips on how too resolve this?? Let me know!

@J1977 It's nice to have you on board! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

 

Let me help you with your properly setting up your notifications and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Lets try clearing the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:

 

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device. 
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. Also, on an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
