I've clicked around and turned it on "Sensitive" but it does not track sleep at all. I can manually choose Start Sleep on the app, but it only times from when I turn it on until I turn it off-- which is completely useless!
I have restarted/reset it. But that didn't fix it.
The only logs in the app are for when I turn it on and off by hand.
My previous One tracked automatically (like the manual says the Inspire should).
What else can I do?

Hi @TracyLMme, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Inspire is not tracking sleep data. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to check out this help article, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your sleep. After this, monitor your Fitbit Inspire and see if it tracks your sleep data properly.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

I have already done everything on that linked page.
There is zero information on that page on the app. No data at all unless I manually turn on "Sleep now" and "Done". That gives me a block of "sleep" time that I could track on a piece of paper. No quality of sleep information AT ALL.
There is NO INFORMATION. My Inspire is not tracking sleep at all. Period.

"Check the sleep tile to see your sleep information. You may have to swipe up to find it. If you don't see the sleep tile, tap Settings at the bottom of Fitbit Today and make sure you turned on the sleep tile."
The sleep tile is grayed out. This info is useless as I cannot figure out what "Settings" means--there is no tile that says "Settings" nor is there a gear symbol. How do I "turn on the sleep tile"???
