Inspire face won't change and it won't restart

the face on my inspire is stuck on one display and nothing happens when I try to scroll.  I saw some one else posted with this problem and the recommendation was to restart.  I followed those instructions but the device won't restart, either.  I'm pretty disappointed.  I've only had this less than a month.  Please help.

Try changing the watch face,i don't know why but it seems to fix this problem

Hey, thanks for the suggestion.  It worked for me too.  I was about to give up on this overpriced junk.  It worked OK for 3 months then started getting quirky every time I tried doing anything on it.  Had to tap everything a dozen times before it would take affect.
