Inspire flashes at night

I love my new Inspire, but not at night. If I move, turn over, the inspire turns on and more than usual it gets me in my face. Is there any way to keep it from doing that?

Hold in left side button a few seconds; look for 'Screen Wake'; tap to toggle on or off; but won't do it automatically at night - have to turn off and on each morning and night.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

No, screen wake stayed off. I noticed that when I changed some other settings! The screen wake came back on. But it’s been off now again with no problem.
