This is not the first time this has happened. Only in the last week has my fitbit stopped started freezing, the screen has gone blank and required a restart and today, I logged into myfitnesspal where my fitbit is connected to and for the second time this week, it's not showing my calories burned. It's recorded me doing over 19,000 steps but it hasn't recorded the calories. It's so important that my calories burned are shown in myfitnesspal. The calories are not showing on the fitbit website or the app either. I've tried logging out of the app and the site and restarting my fitbit and even removing my fitbit from the app and then connecting again. Nothing worked, please help!!

I would like you to confirm you restarted your Inspire by following the steps mentioned in this article. If you did, please continue checking if it works as expected.
Regarding your Fitbit account and MFP, please unlink both accounts and link them again.
