Fitbit Inspire just purchased app installed, shows Inspire syncing but screen only shows www.fitbit.com/setup?  Ready to return tomorrow so frustrating.

Hi @McCrea3, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Inspire only shows www.fitbit.com/setup. I totally understand how you feel about this.

 

Since you mentioned that you already downloaded the Fitbit app, please try the setup process as described in this help article.
