I keep getting messages telling me I’ve got so many steps to go to reach my target, or I’m over my target by thousands of steps when I am nowhere near. This morning I was still in bed having done no steps but apparently I was only 2000 away from my goal. When I go to the dashboard all is normal. This was happening on my Alta HR & now my new Inspire. It’s as if I’m getting someone else’s information. Does anyone else have this.?

Let me help you with your Inspire getting random step goal notifications. This is odd. Do you have any third party app linked to your account? Or have you manually logged any activities on your account? These scenarios may log steps that may prompt these messages. Could you also share a screenshot of what you are seeing on your account and activities area? Still I suggest you clear the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:
