I received my ‘new’ Inspire today, a replacement for my Alta which was faulty and under warranty. It arrived in bags not a box marked refurb so I’m not convinced it’s new and lo and behold, straight away the goal celebration does not work. I have tried every tip previously discussed in this forum to no avail I am so disappointed. Is there a fix for this?

@AngharadYronwy It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community!

Let me help you with your goal notification not working. Not sure which suggestions you have tried but you could try removing this goal from your settings, save and sync, set it up again and sync. Also make sure that the tracker isn't in the Do Not Disturb mode by long pressing the button. Finally you can restart your tracker by following these instructions.
