Inspire has suddenly started lighting up excessively

Originally my Inspire would spontaneously light if I raised my wrist as if to check the time. Two years later, in the past few days it has started lighting whenever I move my arm, roll over in the middle of the night, etc.
How can I turn this feature OFF? I actually don't EVER need it to light without me pushing the button.
