Hi,
i have the Inspire (not HR). I want to add treadmill as one of my exercises but cannot figure out how. The guides I find for Inspire HR - I don't seem to have the same buttons in my settings. I've tried both on the web and in the app.

Hi @sarah803 Unfortunately you cant set up treadmill on your inspire. For the Inspire you can only use the automatic exercise recognition, you cant use the exercise shortcuts. It will probably count your steps on the treadmill (as long as you swing your arms normally)and may recognise it as a walk. To be able to recognise treadmill you need a tracker that uses exercise shortcuts.

Hi @jennifer98 I was just about to reply to you saying I thought you must have an HR model, but you got in first!
You are correct - the Inspire and the Inspire HR record activity differently Both can record automatically but only the HR model has exercise shortcuts. I realise you know this, but it for anyone else wondering about the same thIng! 😊
