Hi there,
I think my device is not tracking calories burned correctly. It tracks about 400-600 calories per dayx which seems very low. If this is activity based only that would make sense, bit after reading some comments from the community it sounds like the device tracks both bmr and activity. It should then track closer to 2000 calories to inlclide bmr and activity.

That does sound far too low. Have you checked your profile settings for age, height and weight? If one of these was incorrect it could have this effect. You can check yours via the web interface at https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile

Hello, thanks for your reply. All my settings are correct:) im wondering what my mext step is to fix this so that i receive accurste data to reach my fitness goals.
