Hi. I bought inspire hr on Feb 2020, now it does not turn on anymore. I plugged it to a charger, but it does not charge. I tried the full reset by pressing the button for 15 sec as suggested by forums, but despite I can see the smiling face it does not turn on. I did clean up on contacts, no resolutive. What should I do? I am based in Italy. Thanks for you help. Regards
