My inspire hr is frozen on the clock screen. I have tried a restart and changing the clock with no change. Any other ideas?

Thanks a lot for trying to restart your Inspire HR and for changing the clock face too. I'd recommend wait until you get the information from our team, as I've requested a case on your behalf. You should soon receive an email from Customer Support. Please reply with the information that they need to check your warranty options.
