Inspire hr getting stuck on “finish”

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Every once in a while the face gets stuck on “finish”. This is sometimes after exercising, other times not.  Seems pretty random. Gets stuck, then after awhile returns to normal, only to get stuck again. Ideas?

Can you explain the finish" more?  Does that word come up on your screen other than after exercising?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Yes. It’s what usually comes up after manually entering an exercise, but now it’s just coming up randomly and won’t let me go back to the home watch screen. When I get home, I’ll charge and re-set it, which I hope will do the trick, but for now I can’t use it as a watch. I can sync it with the app and it’s still logging my steps, etc.

Does anyone know a way out of this? I see no answer from the company and I'm having the same problem. One solution in another thread said to reset the clock. That works but I truly hope they find a real fix for the problem, like a way to cancel the exercise altogether.

Ok so this happened to me today and this is how I got out of it:

-Tap on the “Finish” icon

-“nice work” should appear and then scroll all the way down until you see “Close [x]” and tap on that icon

-this then leads you back to “exercise” and you can scroll back to your clock face.

hope this works for you!

Thank you soooo much Roxy Marie! You have saved my sanity! Perhaps you should write the manual for using this fitness tracker!

Pretty lame.  Hope they fix this soon.  Not what you would expect from a name brand.
