Inspire hr is frozen on the clock screen

How do i get my fitbit to unfreeze? It stuck on the clock and wont let me scroll to the other options. The time is correct, the steps are wrong. In the app everything is tracking correctly. How do i fix the watch?

Mine is doing the exact same thing and I can’t fix it. I have tried everything. Just stuck on the clock and won’t scroll through anything anymore ://///

Mine has started that this AM also

I left it for a bit and went onto the app and refreshed everything and it has now started working again. So strange!

Reset your Fitbit by plugging it to your dongle charger, then hold down the button a long time, till you see the smiley face. That's an easy quick fix. But if it keeps doing that, I'd get a replacement. My first one did that a lot, and I think it's an inherent problem with this device, and I contacted customer service and got a replacement.
