Inspire hr no display no reaction after first update!

I just bought an inspire hr for a gift to my son.

did the update through my iPhone X latest os

the watch shows no sign of life after almost an hour plugged into the usb

what’s up?

thats really frustrating!!!

please help

Hi @Astahly thanks for reaching out the Forums. Thanks for reporting the issues with your Fitbit Inspire HR when trying to update it.

This is a great gift! But if the Inspire HR is not updating I'd suggest to try these steps: Why can't I update my Fitbit device?

You can also remove it from the Fitbit app and try the update option at the end of the set up process. To remove the Fitbit Inspire HR from your go to Fitbit App > Dashboard > Inspire HR > Remove device. Also remove it from the Bluetooth on the settings to avoid issues when trying to connect.

I'd like to know how old is your son. Since Fitbit has created a Fitbit family account and an specific model (Fitbit Ace 2,) to control who your kids connect with in the Fitbit app, and see how active they are each day.
