I have an inspire hr which I use with a Samsung s9... I have seen posts for similar issues with ios but not seen a resolution for Android. I have tried all the suggestions for ios (Bluetooth on and off/forget device and re link/ put banners on) but I'm still not getting any message notifications(text, what's app or email). Any suggestions for Android? Thanks in advance, device is going to have to be returned if I can't get fixed 😞

I notified fitbit and was told try this and that and then that they were aware of the issues and please be patient their techs were working on it and probably sometime in the future it would work. I replied that I was not ok with a defective device and then they said it was that my phone ( Samsung s10e) wasn't compatible, even though it meets all the hardware specifications. Also it's the phone I had when I purchased the Inspire HR and it worked just fine for sometime. Very frustrating !

I am having the same issue with Note8. I would like a solution as well. I had so many issues with the Versa I finally just gave it away.  Very sad Fitbit is having these issues with new devices that are released before they are ready.

It's very frustrating and like they don't understand the best advertising they have is word of mouth ! You would think they would want happy customers.

That's very dissapointing. This is my second inspire hr(my strap broke and lost my first) so I know it's not my phone as it worked with this phone on the previous device, so definately something with this device. Think it may be going back!

got my  Fitbit for my birthday yesterday, does not get messages, tried everything they said ,still does not work . Are others still having this problem? I have an I phone and inspire hr.

Mine worked fine until they replaced my device because display didn't work consistently. Quite annoying!

i had the same problem with my versa 2 and Samsung note 8. decided £200 was too much for gadgets that only half worked - so sent it back and bought a £40 inspire.... still don't get notifications and still only half of it works...but feel SO much better about it!
