Inspire hr phone notifications not working

Why does my hr not receive notifications and app continues to say restart phone to activate.

I've uninstalled and it works for 1 or 2 notifications then back to square one.. 

I've a Huawei p30 lite....

Hi @Clair21  the 20 lite seems to incompatible and I don't see the 30 lite on the list of compatible devices to use with Fitbit - click to see the list.

here is something a moderator posted about phones being compatible:

My phone has the latest software so I don't understand why it's not
compatible..
The p20 lite ISN'T compatable according to that list but I can't see the
p30 lite mentioned..

Has anyone else an issue with Huawei phones?
