Inspire hr screen wont turn on

I have had my fitbit inspire hr for 2 months and today the screen randomly stopped turning on. It still tracks my steps and progress but i cant get the screen to turn on. I have attempted to reset it twice already and nothing works! Need help!

I also sent a message to the Fitbit customer support twitter and have heard nothing from them all day

Since the issue persist I suggest you let our Support team know about it. I noticed that you already have a ticket with them so keep working with the team to find a solution.
