Inspire hr stopped tracking heart rate

I’ve had this Fitbit for a couple of months and for no reason other than charging it earlier,it no longer flashes green and tracks my heart rate... what can I do without having to delete everything?

Hi @SunsetRunner  check that Heart Rate is still turned on in the settings app on the Inspire. If it is, turn it to off and restart the Inspire HR several times and then go back in and turn it on again. If the green lights are still not working please come back here.

Hi! I tried restarting my fitbit inspire several times and then turning the heart rate back on in settings and still no green light. What would you recommend at this point? Thanks!
