  • Hi yesterday i went to the beach that i go every summer and the watch have been there more then one time but today after the beach i seen that my watch not responding to anything so i chrage it to see if something change but nothing the day tomorrow i cleaned the watch and the charger and try to reset the watch by putting in the charger press the button 12 sec and then remove it but the watch dont respond  (sry about the bad English)
  • Need help fixing my watch thx

Hi @Tmir It sounds as if some water has got into your tracker.  As nothing you have tried has fixed it, I'd suggest you contact Fitbit Support  and see if they can help.
