Inspire hr unpaired and won't pair again

My fitbit inspire hr is not pairing with my phone after I mistakenly unpaired it as it was not syncing. I tried my best to sync it but I couldn't sync it

I had a basic inspire that lost its sync. In attempting troubleshooting it lost its pairing. Tried lots of things without success. Finally got it paired by deleting the device from the Fitbit app and re-pairing while it was recharging but initially it failed several times, the device was on its side. Holding the device face up while recharging and re-pairing worked for me.

Hiya, For the last few days when I'm downloading my Fitbit info a pop-up keeps coming up on my computer asking me to unpaid my Fitbit. Why is this happening? And what should I do please?

For me, it worked by installing the app on my old phone (where the sync worked before), re-pairing my inspire HR to the phone, getting them to sync and then log out. Then I logged in on fitbit on my new phone and tried to sync devices. The phone asked me to allow the device to be "always connected" and I accepted. Now, My armband is syncing again.

Thank you for helping. Very kind of you. I got it to work. But I'm finding it is as people said. It can be inaccurate!

So I think I'll send it back. Once that is I've found the receipt!
