I have had my fitbit for about as month now.  When I went to check my step count there is no response on screen.   You can feel vibrations but nothing.   Put on charger and same thing.   Please help

Hi @Jquick117 Try restarting the Inspire HR several times and see if that fixes it. If it doesnt, please come back here.
