Inspire hr won't scroll screens

I have a fit bit inspire hr and after charging my device, it will no longer scroll through the display, it is stuck on the time. I have only had it a few months and was a gift from my daughter. I have tried turning it off, syncing it again and also changing the clock. Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks

Try resetting it by connecting it to charger and press and hold the left button for five seconds. It worked on mine.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before to posting over here. Just as @yiying_tan suggested, I recommend you to try a restart process following the next steps:

 

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Hold the other end of the charging cable near the port on the back of the tracker until it attaches magnetically. The pins on the charging cable must connect securely with the port.
  3. Press and hold the button on your tracker for 5 seconds. 
  4. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
