I have done all things in hand book and still my inspire hr will not give me notification that I have messages? My phone is a galaxy 10+note. Help please

@ziggygirl2007 Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! 

Let me help you with your missing text notifications on your Inspire HR and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. You can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device. 
  • Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
  • You can find troubleshooting instructions here.

It seems my phone is not fully supported device so text wont work very disappointing since I bought a fitbit for this reason. Will not ever buy another Fitbit product.

don't worry Ziggy - it seems shed loads of people have this problem, whether their phone is supported or not. .....Seems lots of solutions offered for Iphones but pot luck for android...

Patience is what I have been advised -..

.at some stage we hope Fitbit will realise they are losing custom every time someone gives up and walks away..... and get their metaphorical finger out!
