Inspire hr wont sync or pair

The last time my inspire hr synced was the Wednesday before Christmas. For two weeks I've been trying everything. I've followed all the suggested steps. Turn bluetooth on and off. Restart phone. Uninstalled and reinstalled app. I have held the button while plugged in and got the smiley face. 

A few times it will get me to the code, but then either boots me, or more times than not it just cant find it. I need help!

Have you restarted and or shut down the unknown phone? 

Have you removed the Inspire from your phones Bluetooth? 

We could help more if we knew the phone type. 

Is the tracker connected to your Fitbit account? 

Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

 

You say the tracker won't sync or pair. We don't pair a tracker, we set the tracker up to the Fitbit account, then the app will pair the tracker.
