Inspire hr wont turn on unless pressed at the side

My inspire was supposed to turn on when motion is present. But now even what motion i try to do it wouldn’t turn the screen on. And i just bought this for a month only. Its a big hassle pressing the side button just to check the time

Hold in side button a few seconds;  look for 'Screen Wake';  tap to toggle on or off.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
