bought my device March 15 2020 and on May 6 2020, it died, just stopped working, wouldn't turn on and no green light flashing on the bottom of the device. I thought it just needed to charge, so I left it charging for a couple of hours and still wouldn't turn on. I tried restarting it by pressing the button on the side while its still charging. At first, I got a smiley face, then it went blank. A second try got me a smiley face and the clock, the it just started to swipe up without me touching the screen, then it went blank, again. I left it charging over night, nothing. I was disappointed that I just let it sit on top of my dresser. A couple of days later, I tried it again. Charged it, and as soon as it connected with the charger, it gave me a smiley face, and then the clock. Swiped it up and down and it seems to work fine. It even sync with the app on my phone. But when I disconnected it to the charger, its black again. Nothing. There's still no green flashing light on the bottom of the device.
Its disappointing that for a $100 device, it only lasted for a couple of months.

It seems like you got a faulty product. Have you contacted the retailer to see if they would be willing to exchange it?

What did you do? Got mine March 30,2020 and hasn't worked since may. Same exact thing as your issue. They aren't cheap and as a bday gift I don't have the receipt. Can I even return it? I love it but apparently they break a lot.
