I gave my inspire to a friend and she’s receiving my messages. I deleted the device from my account and now have a Alta HR. Don’t know how to fix this.

This is odd. I suggest you remove the tracker from your phone's bluetooth settings. If the issue persists then ask your friend to clear the users data on the tracker by following these instructions. Please note that your friend will need to set it up the device again on their account.
