Inspire is not connecting with Samsung A56

Inspire 1 tracker,model fb412. Fully charged,connected to charger.

Samsung a56, fitbit app last version. 

During registration fitbit show 4 digit code, I enter it on app, after it had an error something went wrong, exit or try again. Several attempts same error.after exit i see registered device with 0% charge, sync doesn't work.

All and everything were rebooted several times, reinstalled,all permissions provided,

please help, my wife is very angry that her phone doesn't work with lovely tracker 🙂

@OlegR777 , A warm welcome to the Community! thank you for your message and efforts. 

Do you get an error message during the setup process?
Have you tried the setup with Wifi or mobile data?
