Inspire is not showing any display at all

I purchased yesterday. I have charged the battery. I was syncing Fitbit to iPhone. It was taking a long time to download. I don’t know if it synced properly because when I checked how it was progressing the Fitbit wasn’t showing any sign of life! I’ve attached it to the charger again. But still nothing. No screen lighting up. Nothing.

Hi @Barbarella55  @Blessedbesh  Try restarting the Inspire several times. If that doesnt fix it you will need to return it to the store you bought it from. If it was Fitbit please come back here.

Mine did not do anything! I tried everything. Restarting resetting rebooted
the app. The screen stayed blank. I’m taking the Fitbit back to the store.

No issues in changing it in store! I received an replacement and this time
the screen and everything works. 👍🏻
