My Fitbit is brand new. I set it up yesterday and it said I did not do anything the rest of the day. I let it go over night to see if it would track my sleep and made sure I was wearing it correctly. This morning it still has not tracked my sleep, steps, anything. I looked on the app and it syncs to my phone so I know it is connected.
I even looked at past posts about how to correct this issue and they said to connect to a charger and then restart it. I tried that and it still isn't tracking.

I have had issues with the syncing to my iPad and my phone for the last 2 days. And the last month, it seems it takes all day to upload my steps. Saturday shows I had ZERO steps. I tried everything to get phone, iPad rebooted. I am teamed up with my Employer through Walking Spree and we get paid to hit 10,000 steps a day. Inspire shows as of right now as having 3,621 steps, but nothing uploading to my phone, iPad, or Walkingspree. So frustrating! 😠
