Hi there, @Daljeet. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire has stopped tracking your sleep data. We'll be glad to help you with this.
I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and they've already assisted you. If the steps that our team has provided did not work, please feel free to contact them back for further assistance. Since you already have a ticket open with them it'd be easier to continue the follow up on this matter with them directly.
Thanks in advance!
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

Hello @MarreFitbit
Please can you give me a way to contact Fitbit customerservice without having to be forced to have anything to do with the Metaverse: Twitter/Instagram/Facebook... Maybe a normal emailadress or a independent chatfunction? Or maybe even a phonenumber, or... very oldfashioned: an adress?
Because I bought my Fitbit Inspire 2 just two months ago to register my sleep. Has been working well upto last Wednesday (21/2/2024). Since than no sleepscore etc. Like with all the other people that have been complaining about this.
The general advice given by you and your Fitbitcollegues does not apply. I am not the problem, Fitbit is.
So what is next? Can you tell us something about the steps Fitbit is taking to correct these mistakes a lot of people are victims of?
How long is it gonna take Fitbit to correct these issues? Is there a timeschedule in place?
When can we expect an update which will correct the issues we are having.
It seems to me that I should not be having problems with a article I just bought two months ago.
