I lost my FitBit One and just purchased a FitBit Inspire. On my FitBit One I was able to start and end sleep tracking by pressing and holding the button. Is there a way to do this on the FitBit Inspire?

Inspire automatically detects your start and stop on sleep with its HR functionality @Richard_A
There are a few new bedtime features you might be interested in though since you are used to manually predicting the beginning of a sleep period - I posted a pic from the manual below.
Another consideration might be switching off notifications while trying to rest - pretty straightforward:
To Turn off all notifications in the quick settings on Inspire HR Press and hold the button on your tracker to reach the quick settings screen.
Tap Notifications to turn them off. The notifications icon dims to indicate that
notifications are turned off.
