Hello everyone
I'm a very new FitBit user (started using it 27 hours ago) and I'm loving it so far!
I've worked out how to do everything but it's still not showing any "Active Minutes" for me on my Windows 10 laptop. I've tried searching for the answer here all afternoon but can't find out what I'm doing wrong and how to fix it!
I've hopefully attached a screenshot to this message that shows I've walked just over a mile in over 2500 steps so why isn't it showing any active minutes please?

Hello and welcome to the forums @AmandaGeorge and it's great having you with us! This article - click - will tell you more about active minutes. You have to be active for ten minutes at a time, not one minute here and there that add up to ten minutes. Read it and see if that explains things for you. Nice job putting a screenshot in here.
